All performers read from the score. The duration of events is approximate and proportionate to the indicated horizontal time lines. Performers are
expected to act as conductors from time to time, cuing-in other members of the ensemble as necessary (especially in places where synchronized entries
are indicated). Alternatively, a conductor may be used. Avoid regular pulse during the free flowing sections.
